Return & Replace Policy

We are confident that you will enjoy satisfaction with your items shipped by us. However we are eager for long time commercial relationship between us and customers. So we provide return & replace policy for customers in case you want to replace your order after we dispatch the goods or you do not need the items you receive at that time. If you want to return or replace the order, fell free to contact us. You will get the whole refund if you return the goods.

However, if you want to return or replace your items, please tell us why by email. We may provide better service and goods next time according to it. After that, we will tell you where to ship the products. Be careful! The items must be in origin conditions (not used). You should dispatch the items within 7 days and provide us with tracking number so that we can track the items. Unfortunately, we can not pay for shipping fees. We will refund your money or dispatch new items to you in 15 business days after receipt of the goods.
